The Palestine Solidarity Campaign is asking all candidates standing for the Senedd to take all appropriate steps to:

1. Uphold the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people
2. Stand up to Israel for its crimes of genocide and apartheid, and
3. Ensure the Welsh government is not complicit in these crimes, including by supporting the Palestinian-led call for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions.

If you are a candidate standing for the Senedd and want to make the pledge, click this link and then follow the instructions on the webpage.

The election for the Senedd uses a ‘closed proportional list system’, where voters will be able to vote for the political party or independent candidate of their choice.

Parties ‘list’ their candidates for each constituency and if the party receives enough votes to have one candidate elected, their candidate listed 1 will be elected; if they receive enough votes to have two candidates elected, their candidates listed 1 and 2 will be elected; and so on. Adduned y Senedd dros Balesteina

Mae Ymgyrch Cefnogi Palesteina yn gofyn i bob ymgeisydd sy'n sefyll ar gyfer y Senedd gymryd pob cam priodol i:

1. Gynnal hawliau anwahanadwy pobl Palesteina
2. Sefyll yn erbyn Israel am ei throseddau hil-laddiad ac apartheid, a
3. Sicrhau nad yw llywodraeth Cymru yn rhan o'r troseddau hyn, gan gynnwys trwy gefnogi'r alwad dan arweiniad Palesteiniaid am Foicotio, Dadfuddsoddi a Sancsiynau.

Os nad yw ymgeiswyr sy'n sefyll yn eich etholaeth wedi gwneud yr adduned eto, dilynwch y ddolen hon i ofyn iddynt wneud hynny.

Os ydych chi'n ymgeisydd sy'n sefyll ar gyfer y Senedd ac eisiau gwneud yr addeuned cliciwch ar y ddolen hon ac yna dilynwch y cyfarwyddiadau ar y dudalen we.

Mae etholiad y Senedd yn defnyddio 'system rhestr gyfrannol gaeedig', lle bydd pleidleiswyr yn gallu pleidleisio dros y blaid wleidyddol neu'r ymgeisydd annibynnol o'u dewis.

Mae pleidiau'n 'rhestru' eu hymgeiswyr ar gyfer pob etholaeth ac os yw'r blaid yn derbyn digon o bleidleisiau i gael un ymgeisydd wedi'i ethol, bydd eu hymgeisydd a restrir 1 yn cael ei ethol; os ydynt yn derbyn digon o bleidleisiau i gael dau ymgeisydd wedi'u hethol, bydd eu hymgeiswyr a restrir 1 a 2 yn cael eu hethol; ac yn y blaen. Gallwch ddod o hyd i ragor o wybodaeth am y system bleidleisio yma.
